Because our products are individually
personalized, we cannot accept items for return, unless they are
found to be defective in materials or construction, or the
personalization is clearly inaccurate (i.e. spelling errors). All
returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Products must be returned in new condition.
